Our  space can accommodate up to 300 guests.


Yes, Your favorite outside vendors are welcome at our venue, we believe that this is your event, you should be able to have it exactly the way you want.



Yes, You can bring your own alcohol, our requirement is that a TABC certified bartender serve the alcohol.



 Security officer is required at all events.



 We invite all to decorate and make The Hidden Barn their own!

 Just don’t catch the venue on fire , don’t use anything that could put people in danger, and don’t use anything could damage the venue or grounds.   

The use of petals, confetti, rice seeds, glitter, fog machine and bubbles is not permitted without prior approval from The hidden Barn



Yes! For sparkle exit, we suggest you purchase the 30+ version to ensure everyone’s remain lit longer so your photographer can capture the perfect photo when you exit. All sparklers must be properly extinguished into a sand bucket provided by the venue. 



Dates  are reserved on a first-come , first-served basis upon processing of a signed contract and first payment .
